All quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote or, if not specified, for thirty (30) days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for emergency services, after-hours work, specialized materials, or unforeseen complications discovered during service delivery.

We strive to complete all services professionally, safely, and within agreed timelines. Scheduled dates and completion times are estimates and may be affected by weather, material delays, site access issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for securing valuables and providing clear instructions regarding property access, preferred work areas, and any restrictions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays and reschedule appointments when necessary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlomaEpistrofi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service, except where liability cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for pre-existing property defects, hidden conditions, or damage resulting from client-provided inaccurate information or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
